Sefra is a Brujah Elder and one of the Primogen of Flanders.

This Elder has visited the Kindred of Ostend once. Not much is known about his reasons, but as it goes with Elders, it would be a very good one to come down to the coastal city for.

Sefra is dressed very stylishly, yet a bit old-fashioned. He is not really the talkative type, he mostly just sits at a table and observes the other Kindred.
