Jean Pascal is more of a rebel, even for a Brujah. He always speaks his mind and he only does so in his dialect. It is simply "though luck" if you do not understand what he has to say.

Although he behaves rather unbound, he is absolutely no Anarch. It is not because he questions a lot of things passing for normal in the Camarilla that he renounces them.

Strangely enough, even when he speaks his mind in his dialect, he manages to do so in such a way, that it might even be considered charming. This has definately turned to his advantage more than once.
